Project Management Services

Developing project ideas and writing grant applications is just the beginning of the economic development process. Once a grant is secured, the management process begins. Member governments have the option to have RPCGB serve as project manager and/or fiscal agent on projects to build local capacity. These technical assistance offerings include: 

  • Project Start-Up: preparing materials necessary for required paperwork, including environmental review 

  • Project Management: developing and maintaining program files to comply with requirements 

  • Financial Management: assist with an accounting system that meets requirements 

  • Professional Services: review contracts for compliance and assist with procurement processes 

  • Contract Management: coordinate on bidding requirements, comply with wage decisions, and monitor progress of contractors 

  • Acquisition: assist the member government to comply with land acquisition regulations 

  • Labor Standards: ensure contractor compliance with Davis Bacon wage rates 

  • Project Closeout: prepare project documents for closeout 

  • General Assistance: ensure the project is completed in a timely and competent manner
