We help turn local ideas into funded, finished projects. From developing project concepts and writing grant applications to supporting implementation, RPCGB offers technical assistance that helps member governments move their priorities forward.
This technical assistance can be tailored to each project and may include:
Project Start-Up: Help developing and submitting required paperwork, including NEPA environmental reviews, public input requirements, project descriptions and budgets, AHC concurrence requests, and other required documentation
Project Management: Keeping organized files and documentation to ensure grant compliance requirements are met
Financial Management: Guiding municipal staff in tracking expenses and maintaining clear financial records
Professional Services: Assisting with procurement and review contracts for compliance
Contract Management: Helping with bid processes, monitor contractor progress, and support wage compliance
Labor Standards: Ensuring contractors understand labor rules tied to federal funding, such as Davis-Bacon wage rates
Project Closeout: Assistance compiling and submitting closeout reports
